Valentines day is this week! People love it, people hate it….either way there is chocolate and sweets everywhere. While we don’t advocate depriving yourself of the things you love – just use moderation. 😁 Pancakes for your Valentine, or just you is a great recipe year round. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs, separated
  • 1-2 scoops protein powder (you can use vanilla or chocolate!)
  • 1 ripe banana smashed
  • Butter for the pan

Directions:

  1. Separate egg whites from yolks and beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. In a separate bowl, mash banana and eggs yolks together.
  3. Add protein powder to banana and egg yolk.
  4. Fold in egg whites.
  5. Make pancakes!

Feel free to top with your favorite fruit, yogurt, or even a bit of syrup.
