Valentines day is this week! People love it, people hate it….either way there is chocolate and sweets everywhere. While we don’t advocate depriving yourself of the things you love – just use moderation. 😁 Pancakes for your Valentine, or just you is a great recipe year round. Enjoy for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
- 2 eggs, separated
- 1-2 scoops protein powder (you can use vanilla or chocolate!)
- 1 ripe banana smashed
- Butter for the pan
- Separate egg whites from yolks and beat until stiff peaks form.
- In a separate bowl, mash banana and eggs yolks together.
- Add protein powder to banana and egg yolk.
- Fold in egg whites.
- Make pancakes!
Feel free to top with your favorite fruit, yogurt, or even a bit of syrup.
