3 Week Get It Together Challenge
Feeling sluggish after a long and cold January? Still have a few holiday pounds hanging around? Want an opportunity to push yourself?

What is it: This is a 3 Challenge to focus on getting it (back) together after the holidays and a long start to the year!
This is not a “win” or “lose” Challenge. This is a Get It Together Challenge!
Why? We all get off track and having extra accountability leads to positive changes and helps us not make excuses or do the blame game.
Who? Anyone who wants to feel better, move better, look better.
Cost: Free
Dates: February 17 – March 9, 2025
Rules:
- Log all your food using My Fitness Pal. Focus on protein and calories.
- Hit your Step Goal.
- No missed sessions. If your schedule changes, you reschedule ASAP.
- Check In on Mondays
How Do I Join: Sign up in person or email by February 16. Make sure your True 180 App is synced with your My Fitness Pal and either your Fitbit or Apple Watch.
