Gail’s Back Pain Is Nearly Gone
Prior to becoming a member at True 180 Personal Training Gail was living a life of physical pain. Her back was so bad that she could barely walk. Simple every day tasks like cooking or even getting out of her car were excruciating. Since she could barely function nothing was easy and life was difficult.
“I was not able to walk very far, I couldn’t stand for very long and it was just terrible.”
Because of the pain and not being able to move much Gail started gaining weight and feeling worse about herself.
Eventually it was time for surgery. She was in such rough shape that the surgeons had to insert 2 rods, 10 screws, and four new discs.
For a little while there was a bit of relief.
But eventually the pain came back and Gail realized she needed to do something about it.
So Gail approached True 180 Personal Training.
Going into it she thought there wasn’t much that could be done. And she didn’t think she would be able to do much because of the pain.
But everything was tailored to her and her situation so that she could do some of the movements and exercises.
As she progressed through the routines she noticed she was getting stronger.
“Before I was doing maybe 8, now I’m doing 10 reps. And instead of doing 3 rounds, I do 4 rounds.”
Not only that but she lost 20 pounds and her clothes started fitting better.
But the best part was that her pain was reduced so much she could begin living her life again…
“I was able to get in and out of the car without crying. I was able to go to the grocery store and walk around without being in pain.”
Basically, she was able to get her life back.
She felt better about herself, she had less pain, and was happier.
And her life was completely changed.
