Delicious Low Calorie Pumpkin Spice Coffee or Pumpkin Spice Latte

One of my favorite things about fall is the return of pumpkin! Pumpkin muffins, pumpkin pie, pumpkin ice cream, and especially pumpkin spice coffees! However, I do find it odd that is is September when this flavor emerges rather than October – anyone else feel this?
While delicious, these pumpkin treats pack lots of sugar and calories, so I came up with an easy alternative for your morning joe – T180 Delicious Low Calorie Pumpkin Spice Coffee or Pumpkin Spice Latte
Side note: Starbuck’s Tall Pumpkin Spice Latte is 300 Cal. This one using 1 cup of fat free Fairlife milk is about 80 Cal.
