New Recipe: Parmesan Roasted Carrots
Do you ever feel like you have to force feed your self vegetables? Well please DON’T! Try this easy and delicious recipe instead and make Parmesan roasted carrots. You will thank yourself 😋 We recently had our family over and there were no leftovers!

Ingredients:
- 1 bag of julienne cut carrots
- 2 TBSP olive oil
- Garlic powder to taste
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- Pinch of Sea Salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line baking sheet with parchment.
- Lay out washed and cut carrots on a paper towel and dry off carrots.
- Put the carrots in a mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl whisk together oil, salt, and garlic then our oven carrots and mix together.
- Lay carrots out on a large baking sheet and put in the oven for 30 minutes.
- Top with Parmesan and return to the oven until melted (about 5 minutes).
We like to enjoy them with Mustard Lemon Salmon.
