Refreshing Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad: A New Spin on a Classic!
If you live in the south you have likely seen this dessert, the infamous Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad! You can find it at your neighbors BBQ, the church social, or most bridal or baby showers.
This is a FAVORITE of mine (and my nephew). I had to come up with an easier and healthier version for myself. I finally did, and now I am sharing with you! I hope you enjoy it!
It’s light, refreshing, still crunchy, and packs about 20grams of protein for about 265 calories. I hope you enjoy my Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad remake.

Ingredients for Strawberry Jello Pretzel Salad:
- Strawberry Jello ( I used sugar free)
- Small/Medium bag of frozen sliced strawberries
- Whipped Cream Cheese
- Pretzels of your choice
- Non fat Greek Yogurt ( I used plain, but you could try vanilla)
Directions:
- Make jello according to instructions. Add bag of strawberries before placing in the fridge. They can replace any ice cubes some versions suggest.
- Let chill till solid – about 4 hours or overnight.
Make your bowl:
- Take 1 serving of whipped cream cheese and microwave about 15 seconds.
- Mix 1 serving of yogurt with your softened cream cheese.
- Add your serving of jello.
- Top with 1/2 serving of crushed pretzels.
