With cooler weather and every coffee shop boasting their latest and greatest new coffee drink, it can be very tempting to go grab one. A super member shared her favorite way to take her coffee up a notch while eliminating creamer and other high-calorie additions, and increasing her protein intake.

Her solution? Add your favorite flavor of protein powder (like vanilla chai) – add 1/2 scoop to your coffee and froth it! It will come out like a vanilla chai latte!
