Josef Brandenburg


Josef Brandenburg got started in fitness because he was teased for being “the fat kid.” He’s been helping women give themselves the gift of fitness since 1998. He’s a best-selling author, and he’s most proud of helping his mom go from a size 14 to a size 6 (and stay there) while getting rid of her knee and back pain.

Gregory Clifton


Fun fact about Head Coach Gregory Clifton: he was the 13th player signed by the Carolina Panthers. Gregory has been helping women do fitness the right way since 1997. He believes that you have a responsibility to give something back to society. Using his unique background combined by a healthy respect for women instilled in him by his mom growing up, Gregory has found his calling.

Natillie Rauch


Natillie Rauch is a Native Charlottean. Since becoming a mother she’s developed a passion for making sure that someone is taking care of the women that take care of everyone else in their lives.
