2. What is personal training?
You’ll train alongside a handful of other women (no more than seven), each following a custom program based on her goals. It’s personal, but with others training beside you.
3. Do I need to be fit to start?
Not at all! Most of our clients are starting over or starting fresh — often after an injury, a long break, or just feeling stuck. We meet you where you are.
4. What kinds of results can I expect?

Yes — all training is by appointment. We don’t do walk-ins or open gym hours. Everything is structured around your schedule.

Yes! We do quarterly social events like group walks, lunches, or even fun nights at the studio. It’s part of the community that makes this place special.
9. What if I need to miss a session?
It’s alright! Life happens. We offer a 12-hour cancellation policy and do everything we can to help you make up sessions when things come up.

Yes! All memberships include nutrition coaching tailored to your lifestyle. No crash diets — just simple, sustainable strategies that support your training.
