Our Personal Training in Charlotte NC and Ballantyne for women is designed to give you the best of both worlds — the individual attention of personal training and the energy of a small, supportive group. You’ll never be lost in a crowd or stuck following a one-size-fits-all workout. Every session is based on your goals, your fitness level, and your life.

We train women 40+ who are ready to feel better, move better, and make time for themselves again — without the pressure or confusion of big-box gyms. Sessions are by appointment, and we help you create a routine that fits.

Customized Workouts

Every exercise is chosen for your body, your goals, and where you are starting - no cookie-cutter programming here. In a small group, your coach is available to assist and motivate you through every step of the workout.

Small Group Size

You'll train alongside a handful of other women (never more than seven), each following their own program - so it still feels like your session. We'll take you through a total body workout that includes mobility, strength, core and cardio, all at your own pace. We will adjust how much you do and how hard you work based on how you are feeling today. You'll get exactly what you need during every session independent of what other members are doing.
