Become a Workout Warrior!

FACT: Our most successful members come to the gym 8 or more times a month!

Chances are, anything less than 8 training sessions a month is not going to produce the results you’re looking for. We want to see your success, so we have started “Workout Warriors.” In order to join this elite group of women, you must workout at the gym 8 times or more a month.

The biggest reward is seeing the results of all your hard work and feeling better, stronger, and more energized. We know it’s hard to come in consistently and take that time for yourself before work, after work, and/or in between taking care of the kids, etc.

Workout Warriors is our way to acknowledge you taking care of you!

June’s WW will be posted in the gym the first week of July. All you have to do, is SHOW UP and TRAIN.
