Here is a delicious, yet super easy recipe using one of our favorite Dot Fit products: Cinnamon Swirl Protein Smoothie!
You can mix up all sorts of different combinations with the All Natural Whey Smooth – Vanilla or Chocolate!
You will notice these recipes are somewhat similar because you do not need a lot of variety when you are trying to keep your weight in line or when you are trying to lose fat. The pursuit of variety tends to make people overeat and stresses them out.

Ingredients
- 1.5 scoops of All Natural Whey Smooth
- ½ tsp butter extract/flavoring (optional)
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 1 ½ cup water
- ½ frozen banana
- handful of ice
Directions
Place All ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
