Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake!

As a child most people loved their peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Now as an adult, while you still may love the sandwich it most likely is not going to help you with your health and fitness goals. Here is a super simple and healthy, full of protein option….and its great on a hot day!

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops Lean MR or your favorite protein powder (vanilla or chocolate works!)
  • 1/4 frozen banana
  • 1 serving of frozen strawberries (or blackberries, unsweetened cherries-you can get wild with it!
  • 1 serving of powdered peanut butter
  • 1 handful of ice
  • water

Directions:

  1. Add everything to the blender and blend until desired thickness
