A Summer Challenge! – because your health is important!

Let’s talk about ZERO weight gain over the summer. Yes, I said ZERO summer, aka, vacation weight gain! Because, your health is IMPORTANT!

We are bringing back the Summer Hold ‘Em Challenge! – how to survive the summer and all its extras without gaining weight


Most people don’t associate the summer as a time to gain weight. However, almost any person you talk to will tell you about the 6-10lbs they gained on vacation, hence why we have a summer challenge for Zero weight gain.

The point of this challenge is to go on vacation(s) or staycations and NOT gain those 6-10lbs.

If you can get through the next 9 weeks without gaining a pound of fat, we call that a WIN! If you’ve ever tried on your favorite jeans and been disappointed, you know what I mean, or if you only wanted to wear flowy dresses with no structure, I feel you there too – I’ve been there!

Humans will work as least twice as hard to not lose something than they will to earn. This is called Loss Aversion, and this is WHY the Summer Hold Em works and why we made the buy in $100. We want you to win it back and to not gain fat over the summer. Your health is IMPORTANT!

Entry Deposit: $100 – Gain less than 1lb. Body Fat Mass and get it back.

Game Dates for the Summer Challenge:
Initial InBody completed:
(5/28-6/3)
Final InBody completed: (7/29-8/3)

How does the game work?

Compare your first InBody body fat mass to your final Inbody body fat mass.

* If you gain 1lb or more of body fat mass you lose your $100

* If you lose, maintain, or gain up to .9lbs of body fat you receive your money back.

* Not completing your final test equals losing…NO EXCEPTIONS!
 
RULES:
* We are using your BODY FAT MASS as the measure
* You must complete your initial Inbody scan between 5/28-6/3.
               –> Make sure the coach gets a photo of it!
* If you gain 1lb or more of body fat you lose your $100
* If you lose, maintain or gain up to .9lbs of body fat then you receive your money back
* Not completing your final test equals losing…NO EXCEPTIONS!
