We will have a longer Summer Hold Em Challenge. But in the meantime get ready to Get Your Rear In Gear from Mother’s Day to Memorial Day weekend!lity tracker.

Challenge Runs from: Monday, May 13 to Saturday, May 25th

2 weeks getting your rear in gear.  



The RULES:

10k steps a day

3+ strength training sessions (in studio or at home)
2L of Water/Only 0 cal beverages – no wine, no soda, only black coffee. (this does not include protein shakes).
1 meal (or LESS) out a week.

Track your weight
