Short, Intense 2 Week Challenge

We’ve been asked almost daily when the next Challenge is going to be. We will have a longer Summer Hold Em Challenge. In the meantime, here is an awesome 2 week Challenge.

I’ll be checking in regularly with recipes, tips, etc.

2 weeks getting your rear in gear. 

10k steps a day.
Only 0 cal beverages – no wine, no soda, only black coffee. (this does not include protein shakes).
No eating out.  All meals made at home.
No dessert. No explanation needed here.

Track your weight on 4/29 and 5/12.

You’ll be amazed at what can happen when you’ve got your REAR IN GEAR.
