Are you ready for the Tighten and Tone Your Routine Challenge!!? Check out the details below:

What: A FREE Members only challenge to Tighten and Tone Your Routine

Why: Everyone gets knocked off track at some point. This challenge is designed to help you create and integrate healthy habits in a sustainable way into your life and schedule.

The is not a “win” or “lose” Challenge. This is a get back on track challenge!

When:  Sign up deadline 2/27–> 9pm.

I’ll be sending your tracking sheets out on 2/28 at 10am – – >   Starts Wednesday, March 1 and Ends Friday, March 31.

Tracking sheets are due the follow 5 Mondays via email.

FAQS:

Q. What is creating/tracking healthy habits?


A. Primarily doing the things you know you are supposed to be doing. You will track and add in a new habit each week on a provided tracking sheet.

Q. How am I held accountable?

A. You’re held accountable by making sure you turn in your tracking sheet by 10am on Monday for 5 weeks: March 6, 13, 20, 27 and April 3.

Q. What if I miss a check in? 

A. The first check in you miss is a $20 penalty charged to your account. Second check in you miss, you are out of the challenge. To avoid penalties and stay accountable you will email your tracking sheet in each Monday by 11am for the previous week.

Q. Can I have an accountability partner?

A. YES! If you’d like to have a partner let us know when you sign up.

Q. How do I sign up?

A. Respond to this email. Sign up in the studio.

Q. I’m not a member, can I sign up?

A. Yes, we can get you set up as a member in time to join the Challenge. Reply to this email for more information.
