If you are just finishing up our 7 Week Challenge, then you’ve been dialing in your nutrition for a while now and sometimes you need new ideas for dinner and lunch! Tuna steaks are a perfect late spring or summer meal. This recipe has a no sugar, no gluten, no starch, no processed food meal and it is delicious! And is great to add to a salad for lunch the next day!
You can buy tuna steaks at your local grocery store, frozen or fresh behind the sea food counter. No marinade needed! Make sure the Tuna is cooked enough for you. We enjoy it medium rare for maximum taste.
- Tuna Steaks
- Salt and pepper
- Garlic (dried, powdered or fresh chopped finely)
- Lemon pepper
- Sprinkle fresh or thawed steaks with spices to your taste.
- Place gently into a hot pan with a little butter.
- Cook for about 30 seconds and flip.
- Remove and Eat!
