- Create a weight loss or muscle gain goal.
- Complete 2 InBody Scans (If you are zoom only we will find a comparable measurement)
- Bet on yourself = $70 cash buy In.
- Log your food and complete (and submit) a weekly habits tracker.
- Come within +/- 20% of your goal and win your $ back.
Realistically in 7 weeks you can:
- Lose up to 7 pounds of fat loss (not weight).
- Gain up to 2 lbs of muscle.
If you have another health goal like Fasting Glucose or blood pressure – let me know. We will be signing off on your goal or offer an adjustment.
