Who doesn’t love a good 🥞!? My kids were begging for more of these! A sure win if you are trying to get in a balanced meal – protein, fruit, and healthy carbs – fuel for your day! These also re-heat well.
- 1 serving, Bananas, raw
- 2 scoops, Vanilla Protein Shake – we LOVE DotFit and used Vanilla Lean MR (meal replacement)
- 2 large, Egg
1. Separate your eggs.
2. Beat egg whites until stiff.
3. Mix egg yolks, protein, and bananas until combined.
4. Fold in egg whits.
5. Scoop 1/4 cup or desired size onto a hot pan, allow to bubble, and flip!
