Here’s what you’ll get at our Bring a Friend Workout:
A fun, in-person workout session at our boutique women-only gym, led by expert trainers.
A fun activity to do with your best girl friends that doesn’t involve sweet treats (but those are great too!)
Space is limited, so be sure to reserve your spot soon!
Sessions start at 2:30pm, 3:30pm, 4:30pm
We can’t wait to sweat with you!
