Helpful Nutrition Reminders When Schedules Get Crazy

When your schedule gets crazy or out of what does it throw you off your nutrition? Or were you able to stick with your good nutrition habits? Get in your steps and training sessions?

I’ll share when my schedule gets thrown to the wind (think kids unexpectedly home from school) or its sooooo cold, it’s hard to get my regular steps in and it’s not always easy to keep my nutrition in check.
