It’s finally summer! Many of us will change our eating habits with the season without realizing it. It’s hotter so you want lighter foods and often more fresh vegetables. And let’s face it, most of us want to spend more time outside enjoying the weather and less time in the kitchen prepping or cooking.
This is a salad shared by an awesome T180 Lady – Elaine. I love how it is crisp, fresh, full of protein, and doesn’t need anything but a knife to fix.
Recipe:
- 1 cup of your favorite vegetables ( like celery, radishes, bell peppers, carrots and broccoli. I then add garbanzo beans ,
- 1 packet of tuna in water
- Italian balsamic vinegar
Directions:
- Clean and chop vegetables.
- Add tuna.
- Dress salad lightly.
