Ensalada de Fruta is a  crisp, mouth-watering side dish with fresh fruit and veggies and abundantly full of nutrients. Look for locally grown when possible – the flavor is always better!

Equal parts:

  • Mango
  • Watermelon
  • Cucumber
  • Jicama
  • Oranges OR pineapple
  • Lime juice
  • Chili powder
  • Salt to taste       

Cut the produce in equally small chunks, add the lime juice, chili powder and salt, combine, and enjoy!
